Quad City Dryer Works

SERVICES

Replacing and Reconditioning of parts

This is from a recent field job, where we replaced a large sprocket around a Direct Fired Dryer. One of the field crew members is conscientiously removing the old sprocket.

After the old sprocket was cut off the dryer the field crew carefully pieced the new sprocket together. Our measurements and drilling of the holes, on the new sprocket, were accurate enough to utilize the existing angle brackets saving the customer a substantial amount of money and downtime.

One of the skilled field crew workers is putting the finishing touches on the large sprocket, welding the washers into place on the angle brackets to increase the stability of the sprocket.
